Obituary of Irene Gertrude Davidson

Irene passed away on November 23rd, 2007 in Kimberley, B.C., at the age of 87. Irene was a lifetime member of the Elks Order of Royal Purple and lived in Kimberley most of her life. She will be sadly missed by family and friends. A special Thank You to the staff of The Pines for their wonderful care during her stay there over the past two years. Irene is survived by her granddaughter Laurie Scott, grandson David Oscarson (Shari), grandson Jim Oscarson (Holly Mackie), several great grandchildren as well as nephews and nieces. She is also survived by her sister Winnifred Colby, special friend Marlene Lutz and other extended family. Irene was predeceased by her husband Dave Oscarson, husband William Davidson, son David Oscarson, son James Oscarson, son Arthur Oscarson and brothers Don and Roy Paquette. In lieu of a memorial service any donations may be made to The Pines Memorial Society, c/o The Kimberley Special Care Home, 386-2nd Ave, Kimberley, BC V1A 2Z8, in memory of Irene.
