Sincere condolences to all of you. Your Mom was one of a kind and so loved by so many. She was always willing to chat to everyone and when you left her you couldn't help but feel special. Woolworth's was my first job and I feel she taught me so much about customer service because she was amazing. People always tried to go through her checkout because she treated everyone so well. We will miss her.

I'm so sorry to hear that Lois has died; it seems almost impossible, she was so full of life. Mother of a vibrant family, she was supportive, gratified and proud of all. May others follow to do for the community what Lois offered. Her shoes will be hard to fill. My kind thoughts to all her family. Anne Edwards.

So sad to hear of Lois's passing. She was without a doubt one of the nicest people I have ever met. Never judging people, always friendly. Her smile hugged your heart. I enjoyed many chats with her on Baker Street or in the mall. Many years ago I remember a certain hot dog stand at a pull out near Moyie. Was a hi-lite for all the kids.
Our heartfelt condolences to all of the family

Vicki, Frankie, Brent, Randy, Shawn and all of your families;
So sorry to hear of your mom's passing. She was always so friendly and always had time to stop and chat whenever I was back in Cranbrook and I saw her.
The last couple of years has truly brought much sadness to you all with the loss of Archie, Sherry and now your mom. And yes, I will always remember her and her huge earrings.
May she rest in peace and my thoughts and prayers are with you all and your families at this very sad time.
Sincerely,
Cheryl Leite (Stevely)

"Perhaps they are not stars in the sky, but rather openings where our loved ones shine down to let us know they are happy". Frankie, I always looked forward to running into your Mom in Woolworths, she always had the warmest smile & never forgot a name, which is something considering how big our little band of Ya-ya's was/is. And of course the earrings...she was the original trendsetter! Thinking of you all, sending love & hugs

Lois always smiled & conversed anytime we would meet! She was a "family" person & would explain how people were related. I grew up in the same neighbourhood as the Wills & the Horie's! Yes, she was a "hard worker," a Vibrant person & will be missed! Difficult for the family with just having the loss of Ray Wills as well! Had a visit with Brent when my sister & I attended the "Lord of The Rings," awhile back. He met us after the Production. Our thoughts & prayers are with her loved ones! May fond memories help.
In Friendship & Caring,
Gordon & Irene Kaun, (nee Paulson)
