Darlene Bernice Marshall 1938 - 2016 God saw you getting tired, and a cure was not to be so he put his arms around you and whispered, "Come with me." It comes with our deepest regrets to announce the passing of Darlene Bernice Marshall born on November 12, 1938. She went peacefully on Friday, June 3, 2016 at Invermere and District Hospital surrounded by her loved ones. Darlene will be remembered for her charismatic personality, her keen sense of humor, her infinite generosity and willingness to give anyone, anything... Or at the very least make sure that you were well fed. ♥ But mostly, she will be remembered for the amazing wife, mother, daughter, sister, aunt and Nanny that she was. She will be truly missed by her husband Robert Marshall, her daughters Shelly (Jacques), Coreen (Gary) and Noreen, her 5 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren. Please join us for a celebration of life, to be held in Darlene's honour on Saturday, June 25, 2016, at 2:00 pm at the Canal Flats Civic Centre.
