1959 - 2014
Kim Layne Ingham, of Jaffray, passed away peacefully Thursday, December 11, 2014 at the East Kootenay Regional Hospital in Cranbrook at 55 years of age. She was born September 13, 1959 in Vancouver, BC, to Kenneth and Myrna Kari.
Kim is survived by her husband Glen Ingham; her son Travis (Mandy) Ingham of Jaffray, BC and her daughter Ashley (Mario) Pinsonneault of Gravelbourg, SK; two grandchildren Summer and Hunter Ingham; two brothers Dale (Laureen) Kari of Bigger, SK and Darryl (Barbara) Kari of Edmonton, AB; her sister Kelly Ferris of Cranbrook, BC; and in-laws Roger and Josie Ingham of Jaffray, BC.
Kim was preceded by her father and mother Kenneth and Myrna Kari and her son Trevor Ingham.
Kim graduated from Fernie High School in Fernie, BC with the class of 1978. On June 13, 1981 she was united in marriage to Glen Ingham in Cranbrook, BC.
In 1987 Kim started working at Galloway Lumber Company as a payroll office clerk. In 1990 the family moved to Jaffray, BC from Baynes Lake, BC. In her spare time Kim enjoyed camping, her home, reading and spending time with her friends, family, children and grandchildren as well as with her dog Hank.
A memorial service for Kim was held at McPherson Funeral Home in Cranbrook on Monday, December 15, 2014.
