Obituary of Eugene MacDonald

1924 - 2011

It is with great sorrow that the family of Gene MacDonald, born January 26, 1924, in Cranbrook, British Columbia, announce his passing on April 25, 2011 in Cranbrook, British Columbia at 87 years of age.

Gene leaves to mourn his passing, his sister Olga (Lou) Gschaid; daughters: Marg Gloeckler, Cathie (Keith) Fox, son: Richard; grandchildren: Sheila (Maurice) Maurer, Marilyn (Brandon) Hyggen, Kevin (Lisa) Fox, Kelli Gloeckler, Jennifer (David) Bruce, Michael MacDonald, John MacDonald, Karen MacDonald; great grandchildren: Kelsey, Jackson, Don, Chantel, Dale, Tyler, Payton, Ethan, Corbin, and Jamal. He was predeceased by his wife Ellen MacDonald.

A private family service for Gene will take place in May 2011.
