I was so sad to hear of Kaye's passing! She will be surely missed at our next Nursing Reunion. So many terrific memories of Kaye and Margie with their crazy skits, etc. that always gave us many laughs and kept us all so close together. An amazing nurse and friend. Sincere Sympathy to Kaye Henderson's Family from the Aberdeen Alumnae Association. It is hard to believe that Kaye is gone but she won't be forgotten. She is likely having some heavy discussions with the Angels, as she and I did during our three years of training(we liked to call them discussions never an argument). Thoughts and Prayers are with you especially today as you celebrate your mother's life What a beautiful and fitting place to reflect and recall memories, and reuniting your Mum and Dad Wish I could be there in person but know I am there in spirit. Kaye (never CJ to me) and I had a very special relationship, first as friend and then sister in law. Words are poor things when we suffer the loss of a loved one. .But I do want to convey this consolation. Kaye was truly one of the brightest and best nurses in the Aberdeen Hospital School of Nursing Class of 1961. How can anyone ever forget this "spunky" gal? She has joined Dave now and all is well. For her family's sake, I hope it's true that it is always darkest before the dawn and that new and brighter days are not far off for each of you. A donation will be sent to the Family Pallative Room. As hard as it is to read this Obt, I am happy for Kaye to be out of misery and pain. We had lots of great memories of our 3 yrs in training and all our wonderful Reunions.
