Obituary of Kerry Ritchie Ward

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Kerry “Grampie” Ward on August 12, 2024 in Kelowna, British Columbia.

Kerry Ritchie Ward was born on January 12, 1955 in Saint John, New Brunswick. He was a retired NB Liquor employee and worked at the Quispamsis store for many years. Kerry adored his grandchildren and loved spending any moment he could with them. He enjoyed going for long drives in his truck, playing the lottery and watching western movies.

He is survived by his son Kyle Ward (Shauna) of Golden BC, Daughter Krista Dayman (Braden) of Kimberley BC, Grandchildren Liam, Teagan and Elly, brother Glenn Ward of St. Thomas ON. Several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his mother Jessie Ward (nee McIntosh), father V. Ronald Ward, sister June Moore.

There will be no service held as per Kerry’s request.
