I recall the time, at age 16, living just up the road from Mountain Village Dining Lounge. I was employed there as my first job, and got a chance to meet Beryl. She was always such a warm person with a great sense of humor and that was my memory of her. I worked in the kitchen alongside Mike. I tried being a server at the encouragement of the boss (and was terrible at it), Beryl helped me whenever I needed some advice as a worker. I am glad my first job had a person just like her. I enjoyed my breaks chatting with her while listening to the old timey music drone on. Rest easy my friend.
