I have fond memories visiting Nicholas in Invermere. He was always really nice to me and he made me feel at home. He made the most amazing steaks which he hand-picked from the butcher shop, and always had something nice to say. I also enjoyed our time working together at Braxton Hayes Real Estate, I found him to be incredibly encouraging and always ready to lend a hand whenever needed.

I vividly remember the moment when I first met Nicholas in August 1990. It was shortly after I had relocated to Calgary to set up our computer company's office. Nicholas, whose business was located upstairs in the same building, took the initiative to pay us a visit while we were in the midst of setting up our new office. He warmly welcomed us to the building, introduced himself, and mentioned his need for a couple of new computers once our operations were up and running. This initial encounter marked the inception of a long-lasting business relationship and a treasured and cherished friendship that endured for 33 years.
From being my very first client at PC Corp (Computer Rental Centre) in Calgary, to serving as our Broker at Keystone Grey Property Management, and finally collaborating with us at Braxton Hayes Real Estate, Nicholas consistently demonstrated excellence in all aspects of his work. He was a gracious host, always making you feel at home and treating you to the most remarkable meals. His kindness and fairness were unwavering in every way and he consistently sported a welcoming smile that brightened everyone's day. Nicholas, your absence is deeply felt, and I miss you dearly.

Larissa, I remember how pleasantly surprised we were to learn our Dads knew each other. I also remember what a great guy Nicholas was. Always grinning. My sincere condolences to you, your Mom Livia, your brother Ron, and the rest of your family.
