Obituary of Roger Arlen Lofgren

 

It is with deep sadness that we announce the sudden passing of our dad, Roger Arlen Lofgren, on September 20, 2023, at the age of 74. He enjoyed an active and fulfilling life, was very social and enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. When dad had free time, he was known to pack up and spend his days relaxing on some of the most beautiful beaches in the world. He worked hard and enjoyed life; he had several interests and was passionate about many things.

 

Roger was predeceased by his daughter Carissa (1983) and his father and mother, Ivar and Anna. Roger is survived by his daughters Candice, Michelle (Kiko), Kara and their mother, Marilyn. He also had two grandsons, Kenyen and Justice; and sisters, Debbie (Robert) and Darlene (Melanie).

 

Dad will be missed, but may he rest in peace knowing he was loved by so many. His memories will be held close in our hearts for the rest of time.

 

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.

 

In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations to Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada or a charity of your choice in Roger's name.
