Obituary of Kevin James Quinn

Kevin James Quinn, beloved husband, father, son, brother, uncle and friend, passed away peacefully June 9, 2023 at the age of 61, surrounded by family. Kevin enjoyed the outdoors, lake life, woodworking, fishing, welding, playing the guitar, and spending time with his dog, family, and friends.

Kevin is survived by his wife Mary Quinn and daughter Kelly Quinn (Brandon), mother and step-father Marion and Fred Schindel, siblings Kelly Thorsteinson (Chris), Patricia Thompson (Pat), and David Quinn (Michelle), along with several nieces and nephews, and great-nieces and nephews. Kevin was predeceased by his father Arnold James Quinn. 

The family would like to thank the Kootenay Boundary Regional Hospital Transplant Clinic in Trail, BC – with special thanks to Teresa Buckley RN, also the caring staff of the Cranbrook Regional Hospital who took great care of him. Thank you for the kindness received by friends and neighbours.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, June 24 from 1pm-4pm at the Prestige Rocky Mountain Resort, Cranbrook, BC.
