It was “Mr. Rouse” when I met Mike, and it is the same respect I feel now reflecting back on the ‘old days’. I was fortunate to meet Chris (James in the day) when the Rouse’s moved in down the block. The welcome mat was always out at Mike and Odette’s. One vivid memory was shorty after they moved to the farm and Chris played some of Mike’s/Chris’s Bruce Springsteen records. That is when I became a Bruce fan. Mike was inspirational to so many people, in many circles, myself included. He will be missed. Darryn Wilson
