Obituary of James Le Roy Starritt

1931 - 2011

James Le Roy Starritt passed away at the age of 80 on the 26th of January 2011.

He was predeceased by his parents Samuel and Ivy (nee Ratcliffe) Starritt and his sister Lorna Sissons. He is survived by his loving wife of 55 years Corinne Starritt (nee Ford) and his children James (Bonnie) Starritt; grandchildren: Brendan and Shelby; Barbara (Darryl) Turner; grandsons: Blake and Adam; great granddaughters: Briana and Emma; daughter Kathleen (Eric) Wittig; granddaughters: Meghan (Josh); great grandchildren: Isabel and Finn, granddaughter Katie; daughter Jennifer (Darrell) Oshiro; and grandchildren Kayla and Graydon. He is also survived by sisters May (Glenn) Geier and family, and Doreen Johnson and family.

The family wishes to thank the care given by the hospital staff.

In lieu of a funeral service the family will have a celebration of life for Jim at a later date. Flowers are graciously declined. Donations may be made to your charity of choice.
