Walter Ewen has been a longtime member of the MID-ISLAND PENSIONERS & HOBBYISTS ASSN. in Coombs, Vancouver Island. Together with his wife Iris they took part as volunteers and participants in the activities of our Assiciation. Walter organized the first Big Band Dances with the JUST US band which are still taking place once a month in it's 16 th year now. Both, Walter + Iris, have been the recipients of our appreciation awards. On behalf of our Board of Directors we extend our heartfelt sympathy to Walter Ewen's family. Hildegard Buschhaus, President

Dear Heather, Joy and Jamie; So sorry to hear of your dads passing. I have many fond memories of the days with his musical talent the goats, his heated flooring and just visiting with us at either parents acerage. Sneaking Apple Jack and drinking it in the back of the old truck and just having fun. Our prayers are with all of you God Bless Greg, Lorraine and family

Will always remember summer holidays spent with Uncle Wally and Auntie Iris. One year--- he would always saddle the horse before he went to work so I could be the sheriff of the pasture and follow all the bad guys. Memories!!!!!!!!!!!
