Obituary of Mary Dutton

Mary Dutton passed away on March 31, 2014 at 97 years of age.

Mary was born on December 11, 1916 in Edmonton, Alberta where she was raised and educated before relocating to the Vancouver, British Columbia area with her husband and son in the late 1940's. They moved to Victoria in the early 1960's and resided at other locations on Vancouver Island where she remained until April 2003 and then moved to Cranbrook to live in Joseph Creek Village. She became a resident of Joseph Creek Care Village in January 2014.

Mary is survived by her son John (Darleen) of Cranbrook, grandsons Scott of Edmonton and Jeff (Sherry), great grandson Ben of Medicine Hat, nephews Gordon, Kenneth and Larry, niece Lorraine and several grandnephews and nieces. She was predeceased by her husband William in April 1994, parents Andrew and Anne, sister Jessie and brothers John, Steve and Fred.

At Mary's request, there will be no funeral service. Cremation has taken place.
