Adrian will be truly missed and we wish to send heartfelt condolences to Melanie, Asher and Adrian’s family. We both remember the first time we met Adrian early after meeting Mel; of course it was at a music venue where we were playing. Adrian loved live music and it was a huge smiling face grinning up at us that was our first encounter. It seems any time we spent with Mel and Adrian, there was always good cheer and music. At our last bonfire, we had the joy of listening to Asher sing a song for us with Mel and Adrian grinning from ear-to-ear. Peace. Shelagh and Van Redecopp

So sorry for the loss of this brave man. Though we didn’t meet in person I got to speak to him via FaceTime and I was so happy to meet him. Thinking of you Melanie and your son and RIP Adrian. Heaven has gained another angel.

My deepest condolences to the family and friends of Adrian. I went to school with Adrian and hung around with his lovely sister Dianne. Never ever did I encounter Adrian when he wasn't smiling. He would always enter the room with a joke or a silly face ...he was always kind and a welcomed light in any space at any time. We enjoyed many belly laughs over the years in high school as a result of Adrian's wit . It doesn't surprise me that he was kind and generous in his own passing...as that seemed to be his nature. He will be forever fondly remembered here in Cape Breton . Sending love and light to his lovely family and friends. Tammy Tighe MacNeil
