This is extremely late, and I'm sorry if it dredges up ill feelings. My deepest condolences to the family for your loss, I knew David back in elementary school in Langley/Walnut Grove and visited him once for about a week in Invermere. He was someone I considered my best friend during our time in Langley/Walnut Grove. We got into lots of trouble, as young boys do.
Even though I hadn't been in touch with him for many years, I still feel a profound loss, though not anywhere near the same scope of yours. David was loved by many, I'm sure.
