Obituary of David Remi Garneau

May 15, 1969 – February 18, 2021

 

In loving memory of a beloved son, brother, uncle, and friend. After a brief and silent battle with cancer, David has gone to a better place. He will be remembered everyday by the loving family and friends he leaves behind. Dave was our rock, our peacemaker, our hero. He was an ever caring and helpful man, who always put everyone before himself. His unique outlook on life and sense of humour made our lives richer, happier, and more colorful, thus our memories will be all the more vibrant and everlasting.

David is survived by his parents Remi and Tilly Garneau, sisters Julie & Susan Garneau, nephew Timothy Garneau, his best friend Darren Stratton and family, many aunts, uncles, cousins, friends, and acquaintances who met and loved this special, beautiful, gracious man.

 

He was predeceased by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and grand parents.

 

There will be no services, as per David’s wishes. Memorial Donations can be made in David’s honour to the Canadian Cancer Foundation.
