I was so sorry to learn of Dawn's passing. She was a memorable colleague to work with at City Hall in the 1970s and 1980s and as a golf partner after her retirement. She always made me laugh. I appreciated learning more about her life when reading her obituary. My sincere sympathy, Susan Langin
