My Dear Mother and Dorothy were 1st cousins. But more than that, they truly loved each other. My Mother was also Dorothy, but nicknamed "Joan" and Dorothy got "Douff". Theirs was a bond carved threw the decades, time passed and children grew up, but "family was family". I love Dorothy with memories that I will carry with me throughout my life. My Son Thomas and Husband Brian and I will raise a glass of wine to cheer and celebrate Dorothy's full life. We love her dearly and will always cherish our visits together.
