Obituary of Catherine Cameron Martin

1927 - 2010

Catherine Cameron Martin passed away on March 10, 2010 in Kimberley, British Columbia. She was born on August 7, 1927 at the top mine in Kimberley to Catherine and Ellie Park. She is survived by her husband of 60 years, Don Martin; children: Randy, Greg (Lori), Cathy (Ron); grandchildren: Michael, Jeremy, Ron, Aaron, Travis, Courtney and Jonathan; great grandchildren: Jordis, Zander, Evva and Fischer. She is also survived by her brother Ellie, sisters Dorothy and Betty and was predeceased by her sister Fran.

Kay will always be remembered for her warm heart and kind disposition.

 

Though her smile is gone forever

And her hand we cannot touch

We still have many memories

Of the one we loved so much

Her memory is our keepsake

With which we'll never part

God has her in his keeping

But we have her in our heart

 

There will be no service at Kay's request. A celebration of Kay's life for family and friends will be held at a later date.
