Obituary of James David Parkin

James David Parkin"Jimmy"1950 - 2009 It is with great sorrow that the family of James "Jimmy" David Parkin announces his sudden passing on Wednesday, December 9, 2009, in Cloverdale, British Columbia, at 59 years of age.

Jimmy loved his family and leaves to mourn: his father Dave Parkin; sisters: Noreen (Clay) Davidson of Whitecourt, AB, and Pam (Peter) Catsirelis of Cranbrook, B.C.; nephew Scott (Stacey) Davidson of Edmonton, AB; and niece Misty (Kurt) Hewitt of Mayerthorpe, AB; great nieces and nephews Skyla Elley, Zachary, Danielle, and Lexi Davidson and Cassie and Brandon Hewitt; Aunt Verna and Uncle Guido Gri of Cranbrook, B.C. and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

Jimmy was predeceased by his mother Shirley Noreen Parkin on October 30, 2005.

A memorial service for Jimmy will be held Friday, December 18, 2009, at 1:00 p.m. at the McPherson Funeral Home Chapel in Cranbrook, B.C. officiated by Robin Heagy.
