Obituary of Grace McGregor

Born: November 14, 1929 in North Vancouver, British Columbia

Passed Away: January 7, 2009 in Cranbrook, British Columbia

It is with great sorrow that the family of Grace McGregor announce her passing on January 7, 2009 at 79 years of age. Grace enjoyed golfing, curling and fishing. She spent many hours volunteering with various organizations within the community. She loved spending time in her garden and taking her dog Cedar for walks.

Grace is survived by her children: Joy (Skye) Allan, Janet (Rob) Haine, Jim (Kim) McGregor; grandchildren: Robbie (Nadine), Justin (Natalie), Mark, Aaron (Brandi), Stephanie (Ian), Mitchell, Jordanna, Christine; and great grandchild Montanna Joy.

Grace was predeceased by her loving husband Robert and son Alan.

A funeral service for Grace will be held on Saturday, January 10, 2009 at the Cranbrook United Church at 2:00 pm. A private family Interment will take place at a later date.
