Obituary of Allan Shaw

1935 - 2008

Allan passed away peacefully at the East Kootenay Regional Hospital on April 21, 2008.

He was born in Watson, Saskatchewan on July 21, 1935. He spent many years travelling and living abroad with the Canadian Air Force. He was an avid scuba diver and diving instructor including five years in the Cayman Islands and worked here in Cranbrook for many years at Runners RV. He loved to golf and spent several happy summers at Moyie Lake. Al is survived by his wife and best friend Diana; his children: Linda (Bruce) Fuller, Barry (Linda) Shaw and Dee Kelly (Bill Bartlett); 8 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren, one brother and three sisters. Al will be greatly missed by those that knew him.

A memorial service will be held at a later date in Prince George, British Columbia.
