Obituary of Richard Kress

1941 - 2008

Richard passed away March 28th, 2008 in Cranbrook, British Columbia.

He was born in Shaunavon Saskatchewan on April 14, 1941 to Frank and Catherine Kress. He married Barbara Bevan in 1964. They moved to Cranbrook in 1973. Richard worked as a carpenter.

Richard was pre-deceased by his son Edward Raymond in 1983, his wife Barbara Kress in 1985 and his sister Adeline Orstead in 2007.

He will be sadly missed by sons Jeff (Alexandra), Glenn, Brian (Pamela), Michael (Laurie) and grandchildren Zachary, Victoria, Dustin, Jessie, Jacob and Wyatt. Richard is also survived by his 4 brothers and 2 sisters along with numerous nieces and nephews. He will always be remembered by his many friends.

A service for Richard will be held at a later date in Oxbow, Saskatchewan.

Donations can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society in lieu of flowers.
