Obituary of Marcell Pommier

Born June 17, 1931 in Cranbrook, B.C., Marcell Pommier passed away peacefully on December 23rd, 2007 at the Pines Special Care Home, Kimberley, B.C. Marcell was an avid outdoor enthusiast who enjoyed hunting and fishing and loved nature. Marcell lived in the Kimberley area all of his life. He is survived by his brothers Henry, of Kimberley, Ernest, of Creston, John (Lorraine) of Wasa, Leon (Judith) of Skookumchuck and his sister Marie Pike of Invermere as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Marcell was predeceased by his parents, 3 brothers; Louis, George and Maurice and two sisters-in-law; Rose and Anne. A private family service to honour Marcell's life will take place at a later date.
