Obituary of Eda Carmela Trozzo

Eda Carmelina Trozzo left our presence on Nov.24,2007 at the age of 84, at Calgary's Peter Loughheed hospital with family by her side. Eda was born, Eda Pasqua Sept. 17, 1923 Jedisano Italy. She married Pasquale Trozzo Dec. 9, 1945. Eda's husband Pasqaule decided to move his family to Canada with Eda having to make the Voyage one year later with her 2 sons Frank and Fred. They settled in Kimberley and had 3 more Children. Mary, John and Rosa. Eda's Passion was her Family. She enjoyed cooking, baking, gardening and having her picture taken with her loved ones. She is predeceased by her husband Pasquale Trozzo her brothers Tony and Vince and sisters Carmilina and Papina. She is survived by her sons Frank (Pat), Fred (Jean), John (Donna), and her daughters Mary Trozzo, and Rosa (Terry) Higginson.Grandchildren: Kary (Beverly), Carmen (Corey), Steven (Kari), Elizabeth (Gino), Katherine (Pete), Deserai (Dan), Ryan, Nathan,Amanda and 9 Great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. Her Sister in laws Lida Pasqua, Carmilina Trozzo, Angelina Trozzo,Thersa Trozzo. She will be deeply missed by all. Honourary Pallbearer's are Joseph Trozzo, Vince Greco, Carlo Pasqua, Steven Tschetters, Joe Trozzo,John Formenti. Rosary will be held Friday Nov.30, 2007 at 10:45 am Funeral Mass will follow at 11:00 am at St.Mary's Catholic Church Cranbrook B.C. Interment will follow at the Old Catholic cemetery.
