Obituary of Dewey Victor Johnson

It is with sadness and regret that we announce the passing of Dewey Victor Johnson on Friday, September 14th, 2007 at the age of 71. He is survived by his children, Eric Johnson and Christina Nevoral; his grandchild, Mathew Johnson; his brother and sister-in-law, Nester and Mae Johnson; his sisters and brothers-in-law, May and Walter Sobkowicz and Pearl and Doug Rutter. He was predeceased by sister Hazel Taylor and brothers, Fred Johnson, Ed Johnson, Art Johnson, Wes Johnson, Mervin Johnson. He will also be missed by his nieces, nephews any many surrogate family and friends. Dewey touched many lives with his loving, good-hearted nature and was a man rich not with gold or silver but with many dreams and the friendship of others. A Memorial Service will be held at the residence of Nester and Mae Johnson, 3248 Jim Smith Lk. Rd. on Friday, September 21st at 2:00pm. Following the Memorial Service the family would like to extend an invitation to all friends to join with them in a backyard gathering to celebrate Dewey's life.
