Obituary of Freda Marry Mooy

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Freda Mooy on September 2, 2007 in Cranbrook, B.C at the age of 84. Freda was born in Winnipeg, MB on November 23, 1922. She enjoyed gardening, fishing, cooking and especially loved spending time with her family. She is survived by her daughter Marilyn (Len) Lakes of Creston, B.C, son Lorne (Cory) MacPherson, daughter Cheryl MacPherson (Kris Milkovich), 16 grandchildren and 25 great grandchildren. Freda will also be lovingly remembered by many step-children and grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband Bill Mooy and 3 daughters; Frieda Jackson, Dorothy Regimbel and Elsie Gunnarson. There will be a memorial service held at 2:00 pm on Saturday September 8, 2007 at McPherson's Funeral Chapel, Cranbrook, BC.
