My condolences on the loss of Lee. My prayers will be with you in this time of need. May God's blessings be on the family as you mourn such a great guy. The loss of a child, no matter what the age is so sad & should never happen. There is a reason, even though we will never understand why. Know that Lee had a lot of friends here at home & will be sadly missed by them. God Bless Norma

The thing I will remember the most about Lee was the mischevious twinkle in his eyes. He was always so full of wonder and quick to pull a prank if he thought he could get away with it. I remember maybe hours spend laying in the field at Arrow Heights talking about...what else...all the girls he was going to date. He is missed and loved. My life has been the better for the brief time I got to spend with him. I know that he's watching trying to think of a way that he can make us all smile and laugh again. I just tried 5 times to get this to submit..so I guess you got your chuckle Lee.

I've struggled to find the words to convey. They don't come. All that I have are memories and feelings, emotions and thoughts. And all that we have is family.Lee was all about family. No matter what. I will never forget that he was always there for me, unconditionally. He was my kindred spirit and there's a part of my heart that has left with him.NO more will my sentences be finished, my unspoken words known, my private jokes laughed at. For Lee is gone.Be free, Lee, wherever you are. Know you are loved and cherished, and please watch over us and guide us; guide the children. There will never be another Lee Powers. The world is a different place now. Fractured, but not broken. We will get through. Having known, loved and been loved by Lee my entire life is a sacred gift I will always have with me.And to "auntie" Rena, "uncle" Ter, Marty and Terena, you know you all hold a special place in my heart.Love you!Love always, Maegan

I was shocked and deeply saddened to hear the news about the sudden death of Lee.My thoughts and prayers are with the family during this difficult time.Lee and I went to elementary school together and we shared some unforgettable times, such as the famous airbands which he would lead, the homemade wood go-karts which he would design, testing them down the hill near our school (not the safest thing in the world), exploring the forest in our neighborhood, secret fort building and I remember the patience his parents had while we were messing around fabricating all different kinds of stuff with everything at his house. Incredible memories from an incredible guy.May he rest in peace. To his family, my deepest sympathy and remember that all his friends worldwide care about you and are thinking about you in this difficult time of sorrow.

My heartfelt sympathy for your loss of Lee and my prayers that you will find true solace in his soul's freedom to fly. ShizuO SON OF MAN! Thou art My dominion and My dominion perisheth not; wherefore fearest thou thy perishing? Thou art My light and My light shall never be extinguished; why dost thou dread extinction? Thou art My glory and My glory fadeth not; thou art My robe and My robe shall never be outworn. Abide then in thy love for Me, that thou mayest find Me in the realm of glory.Bahá'u'lláh

My thoughts and prayers are with your family at this time. It is difficult to experience loss and there are no words to express that can help heal or take away the pain. Just know that I am here for your family and will always remember Lee as the care free fun loving spirit that he was. "Although it's difficult to see beyond the sorrow, May looking back in memory help comfort you tomorrow"

Terry, Rena, Marty and Terena, please know that my thoughts and prayers are with you all on Wednesday. I wish I could be there for you as you were for us with dad. Just please know that I am thinking of you guys, and I will miss Lee forever, as he was as much as a big brother to me as I could hope for. He taught me so many life lessons growing up that I will never forget, and those big hugs that you couldn't help but laugh when he gave you one, are something else I will never forget. He was a great person, and the world will never be the same without him.Love you all,Jenn

I was very saddened to here that Lee had passed away. Lee and I were friends growing up in elementary school but eventually lost touch while growing up but I would always ask his uncle Rick how he was ,where he was and thought of him often. Lee was funny and caring and loved to put on a good show on for a crowd whether it be his gymnastic skills on the trampoline in our gymnasium at school or our airbands or us friends putting on wrestling shows for fellow classmates to watch us imitate what we would see on WWF. I will always remember going to Lee's house after school and how Lee's parents wouldn't care of the mess we'd make they just let us be kids, even though these are just memories of elemenrty school, I will always remember them and always remember the times we've shared while growing up and think to myself what a good friend Lee was to everyone he chummed with while growing up in revelstoke. I can't express enough how my heart goes out to Lees parents and brother and sister and family and friends. Stay strong. My thoughts are with you during the hardship you are going through.

I knew Lee years ago in Elementary School here in Revelstoke. He was such a happy and carefree kid! Always laughing, always looking for fun and always keeping busy. We lost touch soon after leaving Revesltoke, but the memories of times with him and the rest of the Arrow Heights crew are never far away.I am so sorry to hear of his passing and send my condolences to his family and friends. Find strength among those you love. May he rest in peace.

We give to you our heartfelt sympathy for the loss of your son. Lee had worked for us for the past 4 months. He brought alot of knowledge, hardwork and dedication during the short time he worked for us. He was always the first to arrive and the last one to leave and his quick witted sense of humor the crew all enjoyed, there was never a dull moment when he was around. The first time we brought him to Tofino to pour a slab, he was absolutely amazed by the crashing waves of the ocean and the many people out there surfing(in wetsuits). And the next thing you know we look out there to see Lee in his shorts in the freezing cold ocean swimming, it was quite the sight! Only knowing Lee for such a short while was an invalueable learning experience and he taught me more in 4 months than what could be taught in years. He was an amazing man who lit up our baby girl's face everytime he was around, he was a very kind and gentle soul. He will definitely be missed, may he rest in peace.
