Obituary of Margaret Jane Phelps

Margaret passed away quietly at home on April 27, 2007 in Fort Steele, British Columbia at the age of 75.

Born July 12, 1931 in Penticton, B.C, Margaret married Ralph Phelps June 27, 1959 and together they worked their farm and raised a family. Margaret loved hiking and was involved with the "Odd Squad" a ladies hiking group. Her favourite pastimes also included gardening, petting deer and skiing. Margaret was an avid horseback rider. She will be dearly missed by her husband Ralph, sons Robert (Megan) and Matt (Karrie), grandchildren Jesse and Sean, sister Charlotte Davis of Penticton and numerous nieces and nephews.

A celebration of Margaret's life was held at the family home.
