Obituary of Marge Trainor

Marge passed away peacefully on March 21, 2007 at the home of her daughter in Cranbrook, British Columbia after a short battle with cancer.

Marge was born in Oba, Ontario June 25th, 1939 to Allen and Margaret McKenzie. Marge loved camping and being outdoors. She loved having yard sales, tending to her yard and gardening. Being independent, she always did her own plumbing, carpentry and whatever else needed fixing.She leaves to mourn her daughter Debra Dowson, grandsons Edward, Dylan (Amanda), two great-granddaughters Michelle and Courtney. Daughter Dayle (Ian), grandson Aaron, granddaughters Megan (Angus) and Alanna. Brothers: James, Will, Allen, Patrick, Michael, and sisters Estelle and JoAnne and numerous nieces and nephews.Marge was predeceased by her daughters Darlyne and Donna, as well as her sister Gerri and her parents Allen and Margaret McKenzie.

Marge is now at peace and on her journey to her "Happy Hunting Ground".

Family and friends are invited to pay their respects at McPherson's Funeral Home, Cranbrook, British Columbia on Saturday March 24th, 2007 from 12:00 noon to 2:00 pm. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm. Cremation to follow the service.
