Robert Elvin Cupples was born December 3, 1916, beloved husband of Joan, passed away peacefully at the Cranbrook Regional Hospital on October 31, 2001. A loving father, grandfather and great grandfather, he is survived by his children; Heather (Dave) Dakin, Beverly and Debbie and family; Barry (Gwen) and children Warren, Stacey, Laura, Leslie and families; Joyce (Dave) Leyden and children; Michael and Lori and families; and sister Florence Loucks and family.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Robert's honour can be made to the: Heart and Stroke Foundation at 42 - 6th Avenue South, Cranbrook, British Columbia, V1C 2H3.
