My heart goes out to dearest Dom and all the family. I can't believe that beautiful Joey has gone. I met Joey and Dom when I came from Australia to Cranbrook to housesit just down the road from them. They welcomed me into their hearts and their home. They even tried to teach me curling. I was a total failure. Dom took me ice fishing during a blizzard, which I loved. Uncle Dom, Diane and Jimmy: My deepest sympathies to you and your family;-( My memory of Aunt Joey was one of always laughing, smiling and be gracious. She was an excellent cook, compassionate care giver. I remember how she washed my hair when I was very young. I remember the numerous camping adventures we went on as families. I also remember how fond she was of my father. Well, loving friends are reunited in heaven. God Bless.
