Jordan Lloyd Millan Sept 1959 June 7 2019 Husband, Father, Brother, Pa Pa, Friend, Neighbor Born in Port Albernie to Lloyd and Carol Millan ( deceased ) raised in a small log cabin on 640 acre cattle ranch on Walcott Road, Houston BC with his 3 siblings Mitch Millan ( deceased ), Lorne Millan ( Edmonton AB ) and Kevin Millan ( deceased )With no running water, no power a coal stove to heat this 1 room shack and he loved every minute of it. There he learned to hunt, trap, fish, work cattle, build things, and became very well read, but that is also where he and his brother Mitch learned to be musicians… Mitch stealing his Mom's Tupperware with two pieces of kindling, and Joe sneaking into his parent's room and picking up his dads guitar and playing, they were rock stars…. When the logging industry hit a low and no work to be found in Hazleton BC, Joe's dad gave him a shout and asked him to move to Kimberley ( 1998 ), where he thought that there was no place even as pretty as where he was from. But as Joe had said, as soon as he entered the sign saying Kimberley, he fell in love, and said he would never leave this area, that this was like a John Wayne movie, rolling hills, mountains, water, lakes and streams… and pretty good hunting. ( the fishing was not as good as up North though ) Joe met his wife Leslie Beblow( Millan) (2001 ) playing cards, drinks, Jam sessions at the pub. Their friendship grew to a relationship, camping in the VW Van, picking up Chinese food and a guitar and finding a place to park in the bush somewhere…. and from this relationship grew a family… Camping with the family, hunting, fishing, firewood, exploring the back country, jam sessions in the basement. He lived old school and loved life to the fullest. He leaves behind the family he loved so, Leslie Beblow Millan ( wife ) Stephen Denyes (son) Christopher Denyes (son) and his six grandchildren Kaydence, Rhys, Jaxson, Ollie, Tegan and Kinslee Denyes. Inlaws/or outlaws Blaine and Carol (Kalmring) and Scott and Belyndia (Beblow, his Father in law John Howe, & Ellen Howe ( deceased ) and his few good friends Joe would love for you to remember him by going out fishing, go camping, go hunting, shoot a gun, smell the flowers, pet your dog, adopt a dog, help a neighbor, help a friend, spend time with your family, play some tunes, grab that guitar and sing Carpe diem
