Well Yurch I hear there's no limit on perch when you fish with the BIG GUY just like, Speedy creek waaaay back.
His success taking you caribou hunting will surely exceed mine too! I'm sure thin ice will never be a problem.
Memories last forever, tight lines & straight shooting, especially with Scotty once more.

Dearsest Shirley, Burton, Corey and Papa Norm's favorite two little guys,
Always smiling, we will continue to retell the stories of Norm being in the RCMP in Atherton and his legendary Gold Panning with such speed and ease alway to find that golden nugget. We can hear his laughter now. He was one of a kind! May the love you shared as a family comfort you and know he was well loved by so many.

Dear Shirley and family,
May you find solace in knowing how many lives Norm had an influence on.
I will always associate Norm with gold and Fort Steele because that is where I met Norm during the years I worked there. Early mornings walking about the site, Norm setting up for the days adventure. Fond memories when the gold panning contests were held and Norm was there to guide people. I remember finding a small piece of gold thanks to Norm's help. At the Children's festival with Cam and Norm coaching the children on how to pan for the gold rocks in the dirt. Thanks Norm, for sharing your passion for panning for gold with a world of people
