Grew up a block away and first started hanging with him in grade 6. We both coincidentally bought identical bikes the same week and then again discovered we both bought telescopes at the same time. We spent entire summers sleeping in the back yard with our telescopes. Did a lot of crazy stuff with you Dallas and had a lot of laughs and common interests such as distance running, camping, sci-fi, and soccer. Thanks for all the good times and memories. John Evans

I met Dallas in Blarchmont Elementary. We played hockey, delivered the Daily Bulletin, collected comics, built models and did all the rest of the things you did growing up in Kimberley those days. Our lives took us in different directions but we always managed to keep in touch. Sometimes he would come to Calgary and we would hit all the hobby shops and comic book stores in the city so he could find that missing gem for his collection. When we travelled back to Kimberley I always tried to drop by and visit him to see how he was doing and catch up.
Rest In Peace my old friend.

Dallas was a good friend who loved to talk music and ask questions every time we bumped into each other. Dallas was an avid CCR fan and perfected every song of theirs that he played. Many will remember him as the most devout member of the Band.
Judy worked with him as a Bus Driver at the School District for a number of years and also had a great friendly relationship.
We think a lot of people are going to miss "a really nice guy"!

Remember Dallas from camping at Premier lake as a child. Maybe my first love DRPLJ was often in my diary as a girl.
