Frances was such a wonderful, caring person and I am sure she will be greatly missed by everyone. She and my mom, Sally, did so much work with the historical society. What a force those two were. I sure hope that they have met up and are causing no end of trouble where they have both caught up together. May she be happy, painfree and carefree and remembered fondly by all.

To the West Family ... I just wanted to pass on my condolences on the passing of Frances. She was a wonderful lady with a heart of gold. She was a good listener and she was very generous and thoughtful. My thoughts and prayers are with you all. Maybe Frances & my mom are having a good old time in pain free bodies and dancing up a storm. I find it interesting that they passed only 1 month apart. Just wish there were some special words to say to you today; The sort of words that might somehow take loneliness away. It may be just that knowing how much others really care can bring your heart an inner peace and ease the longing there. Frances was a wonderful lady my second mom, my best friend who had the patience of gold. She taught us many things, but if she didn't like it she would let you know. Frances was someone who was cared about and respected; Someone who brought comfort and joy. She will be missed, but never forgotten. With sincere sympathy... R.I.P. Mom Frances Love Always,Bonnie

So sorry to hear of Frances passing. What a wonderful lady!!! I remember being Tops leader and I did a program on drinking 8 glasses of water a day and Frances totally disagreed with that idea. She was adamant about it.....so I often thought about her as I grab a glass of water. And all those beautiful homemade buns she made for Nita's wedding. She had such a big heart and will be sadly missed by so many. What she contributed to the Historical Society, etc.....she has left behind a beautiful legacy. She touched many hearts!
