Dear O'Grady Family. Very sad to hear of Mike's passing. On behalf of the Kewin family here in Ontario and brother Art and his family in Whiterock please accept our condolences. I hadn't seen Mike in a little over 40 years but I will always remember how accommodating and generous he was with his time, spending several days with me, a cousin from Ontario he had never met fishing and proudly showing me me around his part of the world. I had been working in Alberta and invited my Grandmother Rose Gertrude (O'Grady) Kewin to meet me in Calgary and I'd drive her to Cranbrook to visit her brother Frank and his family. It was a wonderful visit and experience for us both, one we wouldn't forget. Again our sympathies to all Mike's loved ones. Steve Kewin and family,Guelph, On.

Frank, When I met first met Mike, it was his nature and character that left an abiding impression. To offer turning trees into much needed lumber for the Kimberley Wildlife & Wilderness Club with no set obligations for payment. Then there was the time Mike was clearing brush with you at the firearms range, Abbie asked who the eager beaver was, when told it was your brother she piped ''he is not a member, why is he helping?'' Anyone would only need to reply 'cause he is Mike O'Grady. Our deepest sympathies go out to Michael O'Grady's family on his passing. Andy & Abbie Balcom
