Obituary of Ronald Roger Parent

1954 - 2010

It is with deep sorrow that the family of Ronald Roger Parent announces his passing on Monday, August 16, 2010 in Cranbrook, British Columbia at 56 years of age.

Ron was born on May 7, 1954 in New Westminster, British Columbia. He was the operator of Superior Restorations Ltd. He was very talented in many areas including playing music and performing, fabricating and problem solving. Ron was a great mentor to his sons who learned many valuable life skills from him. Ron will be missed and remembered fondly.

Ron is survived by his father Roger Parent; his brother Lionel Parent; his sons Mark, Blane and Colin Parent. He was predeceased by his mother Delima Parent.

A funeral service for Ron will be held on Friday, August 20, 2010 at 10:00 am at McPherson Funeral Home in Cranbrook. A private family Interment will be held at a later date.
