Obituary of Frederick Peter Bartsoff

1937 - 2013

It is with great sorrow that the family of Fred Bartsoff announces his passing on Thursday, August 22, 2013 at East Kootenay Regional Hospital in Cranbrook, British Columbia at 76 years of age.

Fred was born on August 7, 1937 in Creston, British Columbia. He worked for CP Rail for many years until he retired. He liked fishing, hunting and camping. Fred was loved by all and he will be missed.

When I want to heal my soul

from the barbs that life is dishing

I go find the rivers forks,

and I go fishing.

Fred is survived by his two sisters Anne Hoffman and Pauline Renstrom, his three brothers Bill, Michael (Connie) and Phillip (Sharon) and many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his father William Bartsoff and his mother Pauline Bartsoff.
