Obituary of Bessie Doreen Higham

1947 - 2012

It is with great sorrow that we must say good-bye to Bessie Doreen Higham, a beautiful wife and mother we will dearly miss until we meet again. Bessie passed away on June 5, 2012 in Kimberley, British Columbia at 64 years of age.

Bessie was born on September 18, 1947 in North Vancouver, British Columbia. She is survived by her loving husband Harry Higham, her three children John (Nicole) Higham, Susie Sheridan and Laura (Scott) Holmes and her three wonderful grandchildren Tyler Higham, Katelyn Higham and Daniel Holmes. She was predeceased by her son-in-law Shane Sheridan and her twin brother John Donald Patterson.

A memorial service for Bessie will be held at Kimberley Baptist Church (395 - Marsden Street) on Friday, June 8, 2012 at 1:00 pm. Her Interment will be in the Kimberley Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, those wishing to make a memorial donation in honour of Bessie may do so to the: Heart & Stroke Foundation of BC & Yukon, Cranbrook Unit
