I am so sorry for your loss. Frances was a bright spot in my day when I worked at Joseph Creek Village many years ago. She was friends with my Mom, Mildred Brewer, they went swimming together and so enjoyed each other. Frances was an amazing woman and I am saddened at her passing. Jen Currie

I am so sorry to hear of Mrs. Boulton's passing. I was just speaking about her to a friend last week and saying what a wonderful lady she was. She was so interesting to talk to and was always sincerely interested in who she was talking to. She also loved to talk about her children and grandchildren of whom she was so proud. She touched so many people in her life and really made a difference along the way.

I had a brief chat with Frances on the 3rd floor of the hospital about three weeks ago, what a lady. She was a client for many years and I always enjoyed talking with her about teaching(my mom was a teacher) and many other interesting topics. Our condolences go out to her family, she will be missed.
