I am so shocked and saddened to hear of Clare's passing. For the last couple of years I have been wanting to connect with him as the last time I saw him was in Sears in Victoria many years ago. I was just mentioning his name to my son, Steven as he is traveling to the BC interior this week. I remember him being outgoing, kind and generous and I was always very proud that he was my cousin and a good man. with sympathy, Bonnie Mutter ( Bonita Trach)

Very sorry to hear about Clare's passing. My favorite memory of Clare was at my wedding. We had the party at Tata Creek and Clare graciously let our guests park all over his property. Once the party started the first song came on and Clare and Lin were the first ones up two stepping. I had no idea he could dance like that. Good man and great neighbor.

I have many great memories of Clare, working in the maintenance department as a utility worker, apprentice and a tradesman. Clare was always fair and tried hard to make life at the mill better for all. My sincerest condolences to Jamie and the rest of the family. Dave Haine.
