We are so sorry to hear of the loss of your mother Maria, she was a wonderful lady with a heart of gold. We loved all her baking that she so generously gave away but my most favorite was that rice cake with the dried fruit in it that she made at Easter time. Even though she gave me the recipe I never did make it knowing I couldn't do it justice. She was so sweet and kind and loved by everyone.
