Diane, Sally, Mack and the rest of your family. I am deeply saddened by the loss of Ron. I first met Ron back in High School at James Fowler. I lost touch with him after that for a while. When I was working for Parks Dept., as we were working in two different areas, I used to hear him on the radio as we worked and sometimes talked with him that way. Later when I joined Transit it was much to my surprise and pleasure I found out he was to be my Leadhand. Ron and I worked together for some years and although we worked hard Ron was endlessly entertaining. He spoke with pride of his family when we talked. We again lost touch as he moved on to a different job within Transit, but when either one of us was around the others work area we always tried to visit for a bit. I will miss Ron and his friendship. Diane, Sally and Mack, I hope nothing but the best for you in this difficult time. Gareth Wood
