Mrs. Jensen was a wonderful lady, always cheerful and smiling! She was good friends with my father who worked with Mrs. Jensen to have the old Marysville school (later the church) moved to its present location, in front of the Marysville Elementary School. It's sad to think that she is no longer with us.

My condolences to the Jensen family. I remember the many times my father and mother Jack & Mildred Brown would visit them in Marysville when I was a kid

Hi, I don't have a direct email or number for anyone so thought I'd post here...... I am one of Jessie's Great Neices, I live in Smithers BC, where Aunt jessie and Unlcle Fred used to come to go fishing, camping and visit with all of us. These are my most cherished memories of my childhood, I would count down the days of their arrival, and can still see their motor home pulling up around the corner, and I would run and jump with excitement! She was the best story teller, I remember being completely entrawled. This feels like yesterday...... but in reality that was decades ago. I tell my own children about different adventures we would take, one of which was hiking up to Twin falls here, I've been taking my kids there every yr since they've been old enough to hike on Hike on their own. And we always stop and sit at the picnic table where I did with aunt Jessie and my Granny (Alice, Jessie's sister) sat over 25 yrs ago.
My heart aches to know she is gone, it tears me up and brings me back to the day I lost my Granny, they were two peas in a pod! I've always told my kids I'd do anything to hear aunt Jessie's laugh one more time.
I'm so sorry, I wish I could be there with you all
Love
Katie

Jessie had a lovely smile and will be remembered as a loyal E.K. Historical member, attending meetings with Fred, joining in events. I remember Jessie driving myself and two other women to a B.C. Federarion Historical Convention. God blessed us with knowing Jessie. In friendship & caring, Gordon & Irene Kaun
