My condolences to the Decco family your father was a great man and friend to my father Pete Kapsha. We had many good days out on the ice fishing. I looked forward to the times when he bought his home made hamburger patties to cook out on the coal BBQ on the ice, it was a real treat.

Dear Lucy,
Please accept my sincere condolences on the passing of your Dad. He was such a wonderful, kind man and such a pleasure to serve. He always looked forward to your next visit and was so proud to speak of you, Nina and his grand-daughters. I know he missed your mother very much and will be glad to be with her again. I just want you to know how much everyone loved and respected him - it was an honour to know him.

Dear Lucy and Nina:
I am very sorry to hear of your Dad's passing away. I know this will be incredibly difficult for you and your family. I have many good memories of your Dad, and I will cherish them. Especially his wonderful smile, and always making me feel welcome in your home in Slaterville.
In later years, when I would run into him in the mall or about town, he always asked about me and my family, and would tell me all about you and Roland and the girls and what were you were up to. When I went to visit him at his home a few years ago, it was surely a trip down memory lane in Slaterville. He showed me pictures of you all, and you could just see the pride and and love he had for you. I will remember that day always.
My thoughts and prayers, and condolences are with you all. Hold on to the good memories. They will bring you peace and comfort in the coming days.
Lots of love to you all.

Dear Lucy and family and Nina,
My sincere condolences to you at your Dad's passing. I met your mom and dad through my parents, Diletta and Cirillo Persello when I was just a teenager. Lucy you were just a little girl at that time when you lived in that little house in Slaterville. I will always remember your Dad's wonderful smile and gentle humor. We always felt welcomed in their home and they in turn graced our home with their company many times.
He was a true family man and loved you and your sister with all his heart. May many happy memories of your dad help you through these sad days. God Bless.
Sincerely, Norma Buttignol
