Obituary of Mary Root

(nee Dalton)

Mary Root passed away peacefully at the age of 92 on Thursday, May 20, 2013 surrounded by her family who loved her.

She will be remembered by her children Kevin, Tanis and Ardis and their spouses Dorothy, Pat and Mike and her grandchildren Read, Carol, Heather, Matthew, Alison, Genny and Graham. Mary joins Larry, her husband of almost 60 years, who she has missed so much since he passed away in February 2012.

Mary's memorial service will be held at Christ Church Trinity in Invermere on Sunday, July 28, 2013 at 3:00 pm. Donations in Mary's honour can be made to: The Canadian Foundation for Dietetic Research, Suite 604, 480 - University Avenue, Toronto, Ontario, M5G 1V2, a special interest of Mary's.
