Dear MC, Neal, Jillian and all your families,
No one was more fun to be with than Jimmy! We loved his stories and his great laugh. I had recently run into Jim at our favourite store, Costco, and had a brief chat, laugh and a bear hug. We both promised to reconnect on a future trip in from Columbia Lake to meet for lunch or dinner and catch up........and here we are, hanging on to many great memories that we shared but missing the booming voice, the fabulous sense of humour and the friendship that we cherish.
Paulette and I miss you and MC so much. Feel our Love ! Bill & Paulette

JP and I first met right after his European trip in '68. We bonded immediately, he being the big brother, me the little bro. We went everywhere together in his first car (red chevy), the pool table is where we shared his far out stories of England, seeing Hendrix to the beaches of Spain. This is where he earned the name Skunk "so much gas for one man!" He took a position with CDP claiming "this is the future". He was a fabulous water skier, pulling each other and sister Shirley countless times around the lake where he later would live. We travelled together on many mining explorations to Nevada, Arizona, Louisiana and deep into Mexico, and our final into the mountains of BC. Les gave us unbelievable stories from these adventures.
Jim was extremely proud when his son and daughter were born bringing on those familiar watery eyes. He was our family's Santa Claus for many years, dressing up in the red and white suit. We said that was because of his whole body laugh just like Santa. He loved my children and with his kids we got together as often as we could, proving a brothers love never ends. We were very happy when our old friend met a lovely sophisticated women who became his partner. Mary Clare brought understanding, respect and so much love to all.
Will not say goodbye bro but see you later.
Love Clayton Wade

I will forever cherish the laughs and love you shared with me.
Christmas Eve was always my favourite.
In the Coleman/Wade/Abel families, we always came together for love and laughs.
Jim will always hold a special place in my heart with his booming voice and words of stern wisdom.
Forever honoured and remembered.
